When I was a teenager, I used to diligently collect and copy quotes into a school exercise book I carried with me, quotes that inspired me to be a better person, to live a full life.
On my last day at school, when we were all swapping contact details, writing our farewell notes to our friends in our school books, I wrote one of these inspiring quotes in each friends book to spread the inspiration, the motivation. I still have that exercise book, I still collect inspiring quotes, and I continue to share them with others, through my Noodle Quote Notes.
