When and Where?
Sub Navigation
Coaching involves one to one sessions, and last for an hour. Clients usually ask for weekly sessions, though they can be fortnightly. Industry standards recommend 12 sessions in order to get maximum long-lasting benefits from coaching, but it is entirely up to you and you decide how long you continue having coaching, and depending on your goals, and the pace at which you wish to work you can have more than 12 sessions.
Face-to-face
For London-based workplace/business clients, complimentary initial consultation session is usually conducted face-to-face at your premises. Following sessions can than be continued at your premises or via Skype or through telephone.
For London-based personal clients the complimentary session is conducted face-to-face at my premises, or on via Skype or through telephone. Following sessions are conducted via Skype or through telephone.
If you are based elsewhere sessions can be conducted via Skype (for more information read below).
Skype/Telephone coaching
I coach the remaining sessions via telephone coaching (Skype calls or landline phone) for the simple reason that it usually means we communicate more effectively as it focuses the both of us to listen without distraction, and offers an ideal and powerful option for a busy lifestyle, and all you need is a quiet space, and a window in your schedule to achieve real results. It means that you can be in your own environment (or even in another country!), comfortable and relaxed and absorbed in your session, where the focus is completely on you.
Skype
Skype can be a convenient, cost-effective option, all you need is good broadband connection, a computer, and headset or headphones. Download Skype for free.
Extra Support
As part of my service I offer unlimited phone and email support as required between sessions during my coaching hours.
