Benefits for your business

Noodlecrayon Coaching™ also believes there are two worlds in business, an analytical world and a creative world. Most large organisations have both, but some have way too much of the analytical world involving structures and systems that either stifle or kill creativity, resulting in less opportunity for creativity to take root and grow. Given that creativity is a much sought after priceless commodity, this can be disastrous to a business in the creative.
On the other hand, smaller organisations are usually the opposite, being abundant in creativity but lacking the business and analytical structures and systems in place to move their creative businesses forward. Both creativity and structures and systems are essential to a the success of your business.
Noodlecrayon Coaching™ aims to help close the gap for smaller creative businesses that lack vital business and analytical structures and systems, and business professionals who want to bring creativity into their work, or their personal lives.
Each coaching session is unique to the creative business or business professional according to their desires and goals, and the end results will be based on the quality of the coaching relationship, the commitment of the client, and clarity around the brief and objectives. However, I guarantee that you will feel like you have a genuine ally in a coach, someone outside of the business dedicated to helping you achieve your vision.
Giving attention to personal goals at the same time as professional goals, is a major contribution to the achievement of professional goals. They support one another holistically in achieving a good overall balance in your life.
As a business client you will reap benefits in the following ways:
- Produces a defined practical strategy plan of action – Some creatives find it difficult to plan, to think strategically, logically, analytically, practically - vital ingredients to the success of your business. Creativity coaching not only helps you in getting to your goals by producing a defined strategy plan of action but equips you with the tools to put strategy systems in place in different areas of your business.
- Communicating with greater skill and clarity – Often between creative artists, managers, account executives, salespeople, technicians, clients and suppliers, the best ideas are “lost or diluted in translation”, collaboration in a creative project requires effective communication as a key necessity to its success as misunderstanding can be disastrous and costly to your business. Creativity coaching helps you generate new ways of communication and creating better working relationships, and in effect creates stronger, effective leadership skills and conflict handling.
- Access creative flow – Creatives at all levels all experience creative “blocks” – when inspirational ideas slows down or dries up leaving you feeling uninspired, unmotivated, unable to create. Coaching works to overcome such blocks, with creative lateral thinking tools and techniques to get you or your business back to stimulus, become creative again, opening up new and powerful creative options in your work, and so accelerates the progress and achievement of your creative business or creative goals.
- Provide on-going, independent objective feedback on various solutions – As your coach is outside of your situation, they can often see what you can't, help you get really clear about what works best for you - and what doesn't, as well as provide a fresh perspective and flexible approaches to your work.
Overall benefits also include:
- More effective professional strengths and performance
- Increases motivation & energy, higher confidence levels
- Improvement in difficult decision-making
- Able to handle stress positively
- Achieve a greater work-life balance
“I'm a converted skeptic who's eaten plenty humble pie. Coaching works! I'm focused, more directed and I have the tools I need to affect change in the rest of my life.
Sam provided me with much needed encouragement in areas of my life that required attention – time management, work/life balance and the drive to complete those things in life I had always put to one side.
After completing my 'Full Monty' 12 week sessions, I feel I have greater drive, energy and enthusiasm. I will continue to set my own personal goals and challenge myself on a daily basis to ensure I complete them.
Thanks Sam. Keep up the good work. ”
